Membership Sign-ups

Phase I: Membership Sign-ups

How To Sign-up For A Country Club Membership Using This Website:

  • Projects are limited to 350 "Family Memberships"

    • Family size for each Membership is detailed in our "Membership Packages

  • Sign-ups are available via this website and it's first come, first served

    • All sign-ups are date and time stamped

  • There is no risk to sign up!

    • There is no fee or credit card needed at this Phase

  • When we reach 500 Membership sign-ups, we go to Phase II

    • Please note: we're only accepting 350 "Family Memberships" but, some Members might cancel when it's time to pay the Membership Fee so we need at least 500 people signed-up

    • If someone cancels (they don't want to purchase a Membership), we contact the next person on the sign-up list and ask them if they wish to join and we do that until we reach 350 confirmed Members

Phase II:

Membership Agreements, Escrow Instructions  & Fees

Phase II: Membership Agreements, Escrow Instructions, Club Fees:

  • When we reach approximately 1,000 "Family Membership" sign-ups on our website, we will e-mail the first 350 interested people and confirm that they wish to purchase a Membership.

    • They will be asked to do the following within so many days:

A. Fill out an online Membership Agreement

B. Fill out an online Country Club Rules and Bylaws Agreement

C. Fill out an online Escrow Documents (see below)

D. Fill out an online Loan Agreement from Member to Developer

E. Make their Membership Fee to an independent Escrow Company (see below)

A. Country Club Membership Agreements:

  • The following agreements and documents must be filled out and signed by each interested person who wishes to purchase a Country Club Membership:

    • They will be available either online or e-mailed to the first 350 interested Members: 

  1. Country Club Membership Agreement

  2. Country Club Rules and Regulations Agreement

  3. Country Club Membership Fees Agreement (Initial Membership Fee & Monthly Operations Fee)

  4. Miscellaneous Agreements contingent upon legal counsel

B. Escrow Agreements-Instructions:

  • Specific Escrow documents need to be signed by all 350 people who are interested in purchasing a Country Club Membership (see below).

    • Agreements will be either available online or e-mailed to prospective Members.

  • Escrow Agreements-Instructions To Be Signed and/or Deposited with Escrow Company:

1. Country Club Membership Agreement

2. Country Club Membership Rules and Regulations Agreement

3. Country Club Membership Fees Agreement (Initial Membership Fee & Monthly Operations Fee)

4. Country Club Membership Escrow Instructions

5. Any miscellaneous agreements contingent upon legal guidance.

C. Country Club Membership Fees:

  • Initial Country Club Membership Levels & Fees:

    • Silver: $1,500,000.00

      • (one million five hundred thousand dollars), one time upfront fee

    • Gold: $2,000,000.00

      • (two million dollars), one time upfront fee

    • VIP: $2,500,000.00

      • (two million five hundred thousand dollars), one time upfront fee

  • Monthly Country Club Operational Fees for the Different Membership Levels:

    • Silver: $1,500.00

      • (one-thousand five-hundred dollars), due monthly on the first

    • Gold: $2,000.00

      • (two-thousand dollars), due monthly on the first

    • VIP: $2,500.00

      • (two-thousand five-hundred dollars), due monthly on the first

  • Other Charges and/or Fees:

    • Each Country Club Membership includes a specific amount of complimentary perks and benefits, as detailed in our "Membership Package" given to all Members.

    • Members can purchase additional products and services and use their credit cards.

D. "Cool-Down" Time Frame:

  • Gives all Members, who have paid their Initial Membership Fee into the Escrow Account, an opportunity to cancel their Membership and have their payment returned (minus any Escrow fees).

    • All Members who have paid their "Initial Membership Fee" into the Escrow Account for their Membership charge, have a period of seven (7) "working" days to change their mind regarding purchasing a Membership.

    • If a Member wants to cancel their Membership within the "Cool-Down Time Frame",  they must notify the Developer AND the Escrow Company via e-mail AND facsimile (aka fax machine) within the seven day time frame.

    • The Escrow Company will automatically return the "Initial Membership Fee" back to the interested person (minus any Escrow Company fees). 

Phase III:

Developer Buys Land For Country Club Resort

WHEN PHASE #II ABOVE IS COMPLETE,

THE DEVELOPER STARTS THE PROCESS OF SECURING THE LAND FOR THE

COUNTRY CLUB RESORT

Phase III: Developer Buys Land For Country Club

A. Purchasing The Land:

  • When we reach 350 Members signed-up for our Country Club and they've made their Initial Membership Fee payment into Escrow, we will start the process of securing the land for our Country Club.

  • Purchasing the land is contingent upon the Developer securing an investment and/or loan based on the Members signed up and the Membership fees in Escrow.

  • After Developer secures the Title-Deed to the land and records it with the Escrow Company, the Developer can legally instruct the Escrow Company to transfer the Membership Fees to the Developer's Country Club Company.

  • All Members are informed by the Escrow Company that the Developer has purchased the land for the Country Club and the Escrow Company has trasferred the Memberships Fees to the Developer's Country Club Company.

  • We then go to Phase IV

Phase IV:

Developer Prepares The  Country Club For Members

DEVELOPER HIRES PROFESSIONALS TO PREPARE THE COUNTRY CLUB FOR MEMBERS

Phase IV: Developer Prepares The Country Club For Members

  • After the Developer purchases the land for the Country Club, he will contact all Members regarding the following:

  1. That "Membership Packages" will be mailed to all Members

  2. That the Developer will start prepping and preparing the Resort for the Members.

A. Prepping & Preparing The Resort:

  • Developer will be purchasing a ranch or forest property with as many amenities as possible for the Country Club.

  • That being said, there will many things to do before the Club Members can visit. For example

  • Preparations For Buildings:

    • Repairs, maintenance, cleaning, painting, redecorating, upgrades, additions etc

  • Preparation of Preliminary Motor-Coach Parking Sites

    • These are temporary parking sites for Members until we implement our capital improvement project of designing and building the "Motor-Coach Sites with Houses" 

  • Preparations For Products:

    • Placing large orders for general supplies, food of all kinds, medical equipment and medicines etc.

  • Preparations For Services:

    • Hiring additional employees (in addition to ones already employed at the project).

    • Purchasing and installing computer systems to service our Members.

    • Reviewing all safety and security protocols currently at the project that we purchase to make sure that all Members/Guests are safe and secure.

  • And Any And All Things Necessary For Our Country Club To Be Ready For Our Members To Visit

  • SPECIAL NOTICE REGARDING CORONA VIRUS

    • Because of the Corona Virus problem, some or all of the steps above may take longer than normal.

    • All Club Members are fully protected and will be able to visit the Country Club via their Motor-Coach or Jet/Plane but, some of the amenities and/or services may not be fully ready to use and enjoy. 

    • Examples:

      • The Lodge may be ready for dining but on a smaller scale.

      • The Motor-Coach sites may only have gravel for parking (cement pads with Coach-Houses are planned for a later date in Phase VI).

      • Golf will be available in the summer on a limited basis (larger course is planned).

    • We will keep all Members informed via e-mail updates and our Country Club website.   

Phase V:

Members Visit Country Club at Their Leisure

Phase V: Members Visit Our Country Club at Their Leisure

  • Developer will be implementing numerous systems for Members to use when scheduling visits to the Country Club.

  • Our main objective is to keep everyone safe and secure and to stay as organized as possible by using numerous systems. For example:

A. Systems That We'll Use at the Country Club:

  • Website for Members to reserve their Motor-Coach site for visiting

  • Website for Members to pre-order food and supplies at the Country Club

  • Website for Members to reserve use of certain amenities at the Country Club

  • Website for Members to reserve dining reservations at the Country Club

  • And many more custom systems for our Country Club Members

Phase VI:

Developer Makes Additional Capital Improvements  At The Country Club

​DEVELOPER MAKES CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS

Phase VI: Developer Makes Additional Capital Improvements at the Country Club:

  • After the land is purchased for the Country Club, the Developer will be making the following improvements: 

    • Designing building our Motor-Coach Houses and Shelters

    • Designing and constructing our "canal waterways" (for our Coach Houses & recreation)

    • Designing and building numerous recreation and leisure amenities

    • Designing and building numerous support structures and services

 

  • And any additional buildings and/or amenities and/or services that are necessary for our luxurious Motor-Coach Country Club Resort Retreat.

    • All planned improvements will take time and we're asking that all Members be patient with us.

    • All planned improvements are subject to zoning and permits.

The Virus:

There is no guarantee that Members will escape the Covid Virus  by buying a Membership in our Country Club.

We're stating that it might be helpful to get away from cities and crowds to lessen the chance of getting sick.

The Riots:

There is no guarantee that Members will escape rioters and crime by buying a Membership in our Country Club.

We're stating that it might be helpful to be able to visit and stay at a remote and private Resort in order to get away from the riots that seem to be happening in the cities and lessen the chance of getting hurt.

Changes:

Developer reserves the right to change any information, pricing, packages etc without notice.

Pricing:

All final pricing for Membership Packages will be documented in the Membership Agreements and Escrow Instructions.

Spelling & Errors:

Developer reserves the right to correct spelling errors, pricing errors, project description information etc

Securities & Real Estate Sales:

Not an offering of securities; Not an offering of real estate for sale. Not valid where prohibited.

Contingencies:

Offering Country Club Memberships and purchasing the land for the Club is subject to Members signing up online, submitting their Membership Agreements, submitting their Escrow Instructions,

paying their Initial Membership Fee into Escrow, and Developer securing financing and taking title to the land.

Capital Improvements:

Making capital improvements on the purchased land is subject to zoning and permits.

Purchasing Memberships:

Purchasing a Membership in our Country Club is subject to our Membership Agreement, Rules and Regulations Agreement and making monthly maintenance fees.
