Membership Details, Guidelines, Restrictions etc

I. Luxury Motor-Coach Country Club Membership Fees:

A. Initial Country Club Membership Levels & Their Fees:

Silver: $1,500,000.00
- (one million five hundred thousand dollars), one time upfront fee
Gold: $2,000,000.00
- (two million dollars), one time upfront fee
VIP: $2,500,000.00
- (two million five hundred thousand dollars), one time upfront fee

Guidelines:
- During the sign-up time-frame, payment of Initial Membership Fee is non-refundable, except for the following:
  - a. during the "Cool-off" time frame (see below) and/or
  - b. if at least 350 Members don't sign-up and pay their initial Membership Fee (see above)
- The "Initial Membership Fee" is classified as a simple loan to the Developer (no interest rate, no collateral, no prepayment penalty, no qualifying).
  - The Developer will pay back the Members in any combination of products, services and/or funds at the Resort, a.k.a. Country Club:
    - Example: housing, amenities, recreation, leisure, entertainment, products, services, funds (a.k.a. money) etc and the payments will be applied to the rebate to pay the Members back.
    - The Country Club will use it's computers to track the rebate payments (a.ka. "credits") to the Members and a yearly and/or quarterly statement will be e-mailed to the Members and posted on the "password protected" Country Club website.
  - "Up To" 100% of the "Initial Membership Fee" (aka loan to Developer) will be rebated back to the Members (or their estate) on or within twenty (20) years of the Member receiving their Official Membership Package/ID Card to the Country Club Resort (a.k.a. the official start date of their Membership).
    - The amount of rebate depends on which Membership Package the Member purchases.
  - Developer reserves the right to make loan payments (as described above) to Members at any time during the twenty year loan, which will be applied to the loan from each Member to the Developer.
  - If Developer has not repaid the Member's back in full for the loans within the twenty (20) year time frame (with products, services and/or funds), Developer will do one or more of the following to pay the Members back for their loans, contingent upon which Membership they paid for :
    - 1. Borrow funds to pay the Member back and/or,
    - 2. Sell assets of the Country Club to pay the Members back and/or
    - 3. Sell the Country Club Resort itself to pay the Member back.

B. Monthly Country Club Maintenance-Operational Fees For Different Membership Levels:

Silver: $1,500.00
- (one-thousand five-hundred dollars), due monthly on the first
Gold: $2,000.00
- (two-thousand dollars), due monthly on the first
VIP: $2,500.00
- (two-thousand five-hundred dollars), due monthly on the first

Guidelines:

Monthly fee is paid automatically to the Country Club Resort (on or before the first of every month) via bank transfer and/or wire transfer and/or PayPal.
The Maintenance-Operations fee is used for, but not limited to, the following costs:
- Labor, services, food and beverages, supplies, tools, equipment, maintenance, repairs, insurance, taxes, licenses, fees, debt payments etc.
The monthly pre-payment of the Country Club Maintenance-Operations Fees is a prerequisite of the Members being able to visit and use the Country Club Resort and all of the perks and services being offered
Maintenance-Operations are subject to yearly increases of up to five percent (5%) for inflation

C. Other Charges and/or Fees:

Each Country Club Membership includes a specific amount of complimentary perks and benefits, as detailed in our "Membership Package" given to all Members.
For examples, see our "Amenities and Benefits" and "Membership Packages"
Members can purchase additional products and services using their credit cards.

D. "Cool-Down" Time Frame:

Gives all Members, who have paid their Initial Membership Fee into the Escrow Account, an opportunity to cancel their Membership and have their payment returned (minus any Escrow fees).
- All Members who have paid their "Initial Membership Fee" into the Escrow Account for their Membership charge, have a period of seven (7) "working" days to change their mind regarding purchasing a Membership.
- If a Member wants to cancel their Membership within the "Cool-Down Time Frame", they must notify the Developer AND the Escrow Company via e-mail AND facsimile (aka fax machine) within the seven day time frame.
- The Escrow Company will automatically return the "Initial Membership Fee" back to the interested person (minus any Escrow Company fees).
